Terms of Service

You must be able to form a binding contract and use the service in line with applicable laws, including the rules that govern phone and message outreach in your area.

You are responsible for activity under your login. Keep your credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We provide leads and tools; you make calls and close deals. Commission is earned only on builds that close and are accepted, at the rate shown in the app at the time of the close. We may adjust rates going forward with notice.

Do not misuse leads, harass contacts, misrepresent the offer, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

The platform, the call scripts, the lead database, the contact and skip-traced data, the scoring, and every other part of the service are our confidential and proprietary property. You get a limited, revocable license to use them for one purpose only: closing deals on our behalf through the platform. You get no ownership of any of it, and the license ends when your access does.

Leads and clients you reach through the service belong to the relationship between us and that business — not to you. You may not, during your time with us or for two (2) years after, use any lead, contact, or client you first encountered through the service to do business outside the platform. That includes:

taking a lead or client for yourself; building, selling, or referring website or marketing work to them off-platform; diverting them to another company; or sharing our leads, data, or scripts with any third party. Every deal sourced from our leads runs through us.

You will keep our leads, contact data, scripts, pricing, and methods strictly confidential and will not copy, export, or retain them outside the platform. You will not solicit our clients, leads, or other closers away from us.

If you break the terms in these three sections, the harm to us is hard to measure and money alone may not fix it. So in addition to suspending your account and withholding or clawing back commission, we may seek injunctive relief (a court order to stop you) plus damages, lost profits, and our legal costs, to the fullest extent the law allows. You agree these remedies are reasonable.

Payouts are made for qualifying closed deals on the schedule and method described in the app. Disputed or reversed deals may be deducted from amounts owed.

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and earnings shown anywhere on the site are illustrative, not guaranteed.

We may update these terms or the service over time. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.
